No time to exercise?
One of the biggest excuses I hear people use is that they don't have time to exercise. So I decided it was time to take that excuse away! I've put together a video of a 5 minute workout you can do at home, in the office or while away on holidays with absolutely no equipment and no matter how experienced you are with fitness and training. If you have 5 minutes for your health then make sure you check it out. If you're too busy to look after yourself you better hurry back to whatever it is that's more important! ;)
