Hey team, I know most of you love getting out in the rain and exercising right? Or maybe you're one of the strange people who don't.....
Due to the consistent rain we've decided to add even more indoor boot camps! Don't worry, we will still run all of our existing outdoor ones as well, we just want to make sure we are looking after our clients as much as possible so you get only the best results. We are doing this by keeping our class sizes to a level which ensures you get only the best quality training and advice with the flexibility to train around your busy lifestyle :)
We are adding 3 new boot camps to our current schedule so make sure you check out the new timetable to make sure you know what's going on! Just yesterday I saw a video of a boot camp with 54 partcipants and one trainer.... it made me cringe. So if getting inside and getting results tickles your fancy check out the attached timetable. If training outside in the rain with unacceptable client to trainer ratios is more your style then you should probably go somewhere else...
