Be Like A Stamp
So how do you change?
Great question, I’m glad you asked! J
The answer will of course be different for everyone but there are two main factors we need to consider.
1- You NEED a plan
This is non negotiable, as the saying goes - if you fail to plan you plan to fail. Having a plan might be as simple as walk on avg of 30 mins a day or attend 3 boot camps per week or it might be more detailed and elaborate (depending on your goals and what you need to change).
2- You NEED to be held accountable
For the same reason the best athletes in the world need a coach – so do you. You need someone to hold you accountable, to catch you when you fall and to make sure you’re heading in the right direction at all times.
That might be you training with a friend, hiring a personal trainer or joining one of our accountability based coaching programs. The key is that you are held accountable by someone who is going to keep you honest. Ie: don’t get someone who is a pushover and won’t pull you up when you’re falling down.
What should You do right now?
Another great question! J
Something! Anything! Imperfect action taken now is better than perfect action taken next week. Pick up the phone or grab a pen and make a plan – the key here is to take some form of action, think of it as a step in the right direction.
A wise man once said to me “You need to be like a stamp – stick to something until you get there!”
Don’t give up!
