Hi guys, I’m Jake the proud owner of PEPT. Firstly, thanks for taking the time to have a look around our site! I hope you find it informative, helpful and just what you were looking for. My background is in sport having played almost every one of them growing up. Since getting into the fitness industry however my interest has turned to helping people who for whatever reason have let their health slip and want to again or even for the first time make it a priority. I love nothing more than working with people who are willing and motivated to make a change in their life to achieve their desired outcome and I find nothing more satisfying than seeing it happen.If you're one of those people who may have for whatever reason let your health slip down your list of priorities we'd love to hear from you to see if we can help you get it back up there! Hi I'm Tim. I have a background in sport and in particular AFL. The thing I love about being a personal trainer is the fact that I get to be active and help other people be the same. I get to promote something I truly believe in and practice what I preach every day which I think is absolutely unreal. Hi there, I’m Damien. A PE teacher by trade and I have recently entered the world of personal training as a fitness professional in the Redcliffe area to which I am thoroughly enjoying. I have a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and find great satisfaction in being able to share my knowledge and experience with others. I love being involved in the process of people achieving their goals and watching them grow in all aspects of life. The only barriers in life are those we put up ourselves, aim high and reap the rewards.
From my point of view I personally believe everything in life stems from being healthy. If your health is not where you would like it to be then why wouldn't you contact us to see if when can help you get to where you want to be?

Hi my name is Harry and I love being a bootcamp instructor. I still attend school at St Patricks College and I'm a member of the Brisbane Lions AFL Academy. I enjoy being a part of the PEPT team because it's a really supportive environment and I am learning so much every week. I really like the fact that I get to share my enthusiasm and knowledge for health and fitness with people who really want to listen and improve themselves.
