The most embarrassing moment of your life? I have had lots of embarrassing moments in my life and I’m not sure I could pick just one! One of them would have to be the time I fell over at a train station in Brisbane in a skirt and gave the men behind me a nice view! I also tripped on my shoelaces at bootcamp once and had a nice stack in front of everyone! Safe to say I’ve always double knotted my laces after that incident!
Hi, my name is Romana and health & fitness hasn’t always been my passion. After high school I spent 11 years working in retail and merchandising and it was only in 2013 that I decided it was time to quit my old job and do something I was really passionate about. This was a HUGE career and life change for me but every second since then has been totally worth it!! It just goes to show that it’s never too late to follow your dreams.

The most embarrassing moment of your life? Hmmm…well I tend to embarrass myself whenever technology is involved, but I do remember an incident in grade 2 when I tied my library bag around my waist, as I was walking around the library unbeknownst to me the library bag was getting tighter and tighter to the point that I couldn’t untie it when I got back to class. Starting to panic a bit I thought I could just slide it off over my hips but in my haste my pants came down with it too!! Thankfully I was at the back of the class and no one saw….except the teacher!!

Oh and just recently on our holiday, I managed to ski all day without crashing but when I got to the parking lot, I fell awkwardly smashing my face onto the ice and my skis crashing down on top of me.
