Do It or Else...
Think of the one thing that you need to change – it might be doing at least 15 mins of exercise a day, it might be drinking 3 litres of water a day etc….
Now think of something that’s worse than that – eg: would having a cold shower be worse than 15 minutes of exercise? If not what about sleeping on the floor?
Now you’re going to make a deal with yourself. Eg: everyday this week I will drink 3 Litres of water or I will wake up the next day with a cold shower….
The next step is to find an accountability partner – you’re going to tell them about the deal and they’re going to check in on you everyday for a week! You’re going to do the same for them J
Funny story – I made a deal with my coach that I would connect via the phone to 5 past clients every day for a week or I would sleep on the floor…. One day I got super busy being busy and forgot all about it – by the time I realised it was 7pm and too late to call anyone. That night I slept on the floor L
Next day I woke up sore all over and was hobbling around like an old man! But guess what I did straight up – I made my calls, out of those calls I reactivated an old client back into training helping both him get back on track and obviously help my business at the same time. Success!!! Now think of what would have happened had there been no consequences to my actions?
So what can you make a deal with yourself on?
