Luck = Oppurtunity + Preparedness
You see i was going to Sydney to listen to this guy speak, before selling his business he had over 1,000 real estate offices in 13 different courntries (kind of a big deal)... i knew he was coming from Brisbane so i found out what flight he was getting and made sure i was on it :)
I introduced myself at the airport and as luck would have it he was sitting directly in front of me on the plane - we got chatting and i had a spare seat next to me so he moved and i got to pick his brain on all things life, business and property investing the whole flight + cab ride to the event!
